1. to get twins you eat alot of spagety and cookies i dont know why but it incresses the chances of twins. 2.To get triplets ..... 1.when woman is about to give birth pause the game. 2. then get the cheat box and wirte... "forcetriplets" 3 thats not all you must press the woman and hold shift down while pressing her then there you go enter "forcetriplets" and you got it.
