Buying house.

I am looking for a house in a cool place to stay. Some friends of mine directed my thought to Ambernath, they told me its the cool place to buy and stay there although its 60km far away from CST, anyways since we have local trains up running it seem less issue. I visited the Ambarnath and it impressed me. So my curiosity about the place lead me to consult my other friend regarding the place. I was shock what he was saying about Ambarnath. He is not bad in his thought about Ambarnath but he pointed me his concern regarding the pollution there, he told me there are industries which constantly release bad fumes and chemical around the envirnment. Could resident of Ambarnath or anybody guide me or provide valuable information about the pollution there? It will be appreciated!
