Had a segovia account while I was at Iraq. want to cancel it since I will be back in the States already in a week.

Segovia Minutes
I am in Iraq and I have minutes left on my account, I was told that I have to 15 December 04 to use my minutes, but the phone systems are not clear, a lot of static. Will I be able to get refund on the minutes I have not used or can they be used in the state of Ohio or Maryland, or transfer to the new company that will be taking over.
